Brakes are recruiting for 2 ITSM Change Analysts to join the IT Service Management team on a full time, permanent basis.
We are offering a remote base contract with working hours of Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Flexibility will be required for occasional team meetings and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
This role is paying between £28,000 - £32,000 DOE.
As the ITSM Change Analyst it is your responsibility for facilitating and administering Technology change management activities. This consists of Normal, Standard and Emergency Changes, totalling 200-250 per month. You will take into consideration technology / analytics and governance / process change impacts across the GB organisation and mitigating risks or resistance. This role will engage with a variety of roles and stakeholder groups across the organisation who are impacted by these changes.
Operating across STGB as part of “One Sysco GB”, this role focuses on managing changes in the SNOW platform and driving data analytics to understand the success and impact of Technology change. The ITSM Change Analyst will be delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of Technology change to ensure all risks are identified, and impact mitigation plans are firmly in place before the Technology change is approved.

About you:
It is highly advantageous that the successful candidate has ITIL V3/ V4 foundation and a good working knowledge of Service Now with proven experience of working in a previous Technology position. You will be confident in communicating with internal and external customers at all levels and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work. You will also take ownership of your own performance and be able to identify areas for improvement and development.
