Talent and Change Manager
Home Based role with some travel to sites required. Six month fixed-term position covering maternity leave.
We put our colleagues and their ongoing development and success at the heart of what we do. To continue to support this, we have a vacancy for a fixed-term Talent & Change Manager.
This role is based in our Central region which covers 9 sites from Yorkshire to Cornwall. The role supports with regional talent reviews and succession planning, in addition to delivering people-centric change projects both within the region and nationally.
Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will embed people initiatives to drive business performance and enhance people capability, ensuring our leaders and colleagues are enabled to achieve our business objectives.

What we need from you:
You will have a background in HR, within a generalist and/or specialist role, with previous experience of direct involvement with talent management programmes and designing and delivering change projects. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and be able to quickly build relationships with a broad range of people at all levels in the organisation.
You will be able to self-motivate and act with autonomy. You’ll have the ability to take an idea and shape it into a solution which enables change and contribute to business performance. Displaying gravitas and credibility you’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across boundaries, effectively and inclusively to deliver business performance on a national scale.
