Business Improvement Co-ordinator – Fully Remote

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and strong Communicational skills to join our Business Process Team. The purpose of this role is to map out new and existing process maps to support the documentation of business processes. You will work cross functionally across the commercial function to map out correct processes so we can drive efficiency and effectiveness within our sales team.
What you’ll be doing:
• Work with the business mapping out and creating process documentation using BPMN 20. and version control standards.
• Create documentation to outline processes.
• Work within a team to deliver departmental strategy and targets.
• Help Build the Business process Library and keep it up to date.
• Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting Business changes.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
• An eye for detail
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Experienced at meeting demanding timelines, in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to network and build relationships
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Desirable:
• Experience in Business or Continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis
• Experience of creating process documentation using BPMN 20. and version control standards
• Experience in building stakeholder relationships.
