Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner

 

 

Remote

 

 

Up to £61,000 Dependent on experience

 

Are you a Sales cloud expert? Do you have experience of coming up with solutions and driving the solutions forward? This could be for you!

 

We are recruiting for a Sales Cloud Product Owner to join our CRM team to own the Sales Cloud Roadmap and work with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams team to conduct detailed evaluations, designs and support the build of the Sales Cloud solution.

 

In this role you will play a pivotal role in not only defining the solution, but also supporting the building of business cases. You'll be a valuable member of the team, contributing to the success of our business whilst working with a great team of people and having fun along the way! 

 

What you’ll be doing;

 

  • Work with key business stakeholders to create and define the Sales Cloud Roadmap within Sysco GB
  • Build strong relationships throughout the organisation and develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes
  • Identify, drive and deliver the strategy, departmental processes and policies through Salesforce
  • Create functional, technical and design documentation and provide advice on application solutions
  • Work with the team to estimate project timeframes, create project plans & set different delivery milestones for the projects

 

 

What we are looking for;

 

Essential;

  • Proven experience with Salesforce’s Sales Cloud at Product Ownership level
  • Demonstrable experience of building and delivering Sales Cloud Solutions in ideally a large organisation within multi functional businesses
  • Sound knowledge of emerging technologies focusing on cloud products, SaaS platforms and Enterprise Applications
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships

 

Desirable;

  • Experience of Agile Project environments (inc User Story writing)
  • Experience of Jira, SAP/ BW, D365
  • Relevant Salesforce Qualifications
