Brakes have an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified accountant to join us as a Finance Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis, who will report to the Head of Finance. This role will provide strategic analysis and support for the Commercial Marketing Team and Senior Business Partner as well as reviewing department expenditure, campaign development and progress, data analysis and producing month end reporting, deliverable guidance and recommendations. A key role to support our recipe for growth, improve performance and drive overall profitability.
This role is offering a home-based contract, with occasional travel to the Ashford, Kent office or any other location as required.
Accountabilities
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
You’ll be a qualified accountant in CIMA, ACCA or ACA and be able to drive performance through insight. Someone with strong business partnering skills across all levels with the confidence and ability to understand trends and results. A high level of competency in financial analysis and modelling is essential. This role will require you to flex to different audiences and build strong stakeholder relationships so you must be comfortable with feedback and react with broad thinking. A great role for someone who has a history of adding value and has the enthusiasm to strive for continuous improvement. We are looking for an individual who is highly numerate with strong data analytical skills who enjoys working towards tight deadlines in an agile commercial environment.
