Fresh direct in Bicester are looking to appoint a talented Operations Administrator within the Morning Shift team. Your main focus within the role will be to ensure that all admin functions are completed in line with customer specification, in a timely manner, and that the product picked is of the highest quality.
Operations Administrator is a key role it involves owning and managing various Excel spreadsheets, encompassing a wide array of operational reports across the business. In addition to administrative tasks such as handling emails and phone calls, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints when necessary and ensuring that all orders are accurately processed before dispatch. You will also be the point of contact for personnel at all levels within the company, providing them with clear and concise information as needed. Your role will involve preparing documentation for operations, including pick sheets and proof of deliveries, as well as managing sales purchase orders and internal depot transfers. You can expect to be kept busy using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems (SAP) to provide support creating customer records, processing orders. You’ll take responsibility of compliance within the depot to ensure records are up to date and with a clear audit trail.
This opportunity is for a confident multitasker with an ability to work on their own initiative, juggling multiple work streams and prioritising accordingly. You will require proficient analytical abilities and an aptitude for problem solving in order resolve any complaints whilst investigating any shortfalls in a calm and efficient manner. To succeed in this role, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of teamwork are crucial attributes.
