Warehouse Shunter - Night Shift
A HGV C1 or C2 license is required for this role, Driving experience would be great, but not essential!
Hours per week: 45
Pay per hour : £13.60
Annual Salary: £31,824 up to £37,128
Our shift patterns are:
Start times between 18:00PM - 20:00PM
Finishing times between 03:30AM - 05:30AM (9.5 hours a day)
Sunday - Thursday / Monday - Friday
This role involves Shunting 80% and Warehouse duties 20%

We supply great food to some of the best-known restaurants and pubs. As a shunter, you will be responsible for our 14T, 18T and 26T multi-temp vehicles on site, setting and monitoring their temperatures, reporting any defects and shunting them around the site to ensure optimisation of our loading operation. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing you will complete an extensive training plan, including slow manoeuvring. So, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that’s what you want to do.
To join us as a shunter, Class 2 HGV driving experience would be great, but not essential! You must, however, be a very competent driver holding a full licence and no points. Safety conscious and excellent spatial awareness goes without saying! You will be calm under pressure and self-motivated to work in conjunction with your team to ensure completion of vehicle loading.
