Job Title: Internal IT Engineer
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Position Description:
Skywards Internal IT Engineers are proficient in the maintenance and troubleshooting of different levels of hardware and software that are used internally by Skyward. Responsibilities also include the maintenance of our internal and external network. This includes but is not limited to firewalls, switches, routers, internet connectivity, phone systems, information security, servers, workstations and peripherals.
Expectations include the need to continuously learn new technologies and research how they could benefit and be implemented at Skyward. Engineers are expected to use every means available to resolve issues and, if necessary, escalate support issues that cannot be resolved by typical diagnostics to more experienced engineers or their team managers.
