About the role
As a Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across Sharegain’s social channels, creating engaging content that drives client engagement, lead generation and revenue growth. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will also work closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders across the business.
You will:
Manage Sharegain’s social media channels
Develop and execute social campaigns, both organic and paid
Produce and publish engaging cross-channel social content to drive lead generation and foster community engagement
Optimize company social media pages to maximize visibility and impact
Oversee user-generated content and drive employee engagement initiatives
Analyze social media metrics to refine campaigns and improve performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including sales, customer success and product
Ensure social media content aligns with Sharegain’s strategic objectives and adheres to brand and compliance guidelines
Stay informed about industry and social media content trends to capitalize on opportunities and keep the team up to date
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of B2B social media experience with a proven track record of expanding social media offerings
Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn for both paid and organic campaigns to achieve business objectives
Passionate about social media and about leveraging it to meet measurable goals
Proficiency in creating multimedia and social-first content that resonates with target audiences
Strong grasp of social media trends and tools
Experience in capital markets or financial services preferred but not essential
Personal skills
Excellent written English skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to thrive within a high-growth, scale-up environment
