Manage and organize office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring easy access to information for team members.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing time and resources for executives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
