Description
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route inquiries to appropriate departments.
Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
Support the sales and operations team with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist in inventory tracking, order processing, and updating product details in internal systems.
Provide timely updates and administrative support directly to the Managing Director. Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably in a wholesale or corporate setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with fashion or wholesale operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
