Description
**Overview:** The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant I to join our team in the General Tax Administration Program, Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collection Process, in the Miami Service Center. As an essential member of our team, you will perform administrative functions in support of the service center manager, including compiling reports, developing agendas, transcribing meeting notes, and purchasing and reconciliation. **Responsibilities:**
• Perform administrative functions in support of the service center manager, such as compiling reports, developing agendas, transcribing meeting notes, and purchasing and reconciliation
• Maintain confidential personnel records and assist the audit process by preparing case files and updating audit computer systems
• Provide administrative support to the service center manager and other team members as needed
• *Qualifications:**
• Eighteen months of administrative, secretarial, or staff assistant work experience
• Experience with procurement/purchasing, human resources, report development, maintaining inventory information, or working with confidential information
