Care Worker – Days (Bank)
Location: Edgware, HA8 9QH

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bank Care Workers (Days) to join our team at Sydmar Lodge Care Home in Edgware.

Responsibilities:
• To support the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of residents using a person-centred approach
• To observe and promote residents’ human rights and the principles outlined in health and social care standards
• To ensure care is delivered with dignity, respect, choice, compassion, and responsiveness to changing needs
• To build and maintain positive professional relationships with residents, their families, friends, and other stakeholders
• To actively support and work collaboratively with other care staff
• To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations, as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
• Good command of written and spoken English with a valid right to work in the UK
• Ability to communicate effectively with elderly residents
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the service
• Good general health and medically fit for care work
