Job Title: Barista
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and blended beverages
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Ensure that all drink and food items are prepared to company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order taking and preparation
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. Note: Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on shift.
