• Barista Full Time*
Malt cafe is a modern Worthing based cafe, with a solid reputation for offering delicious coffee and delicious freshly made meals.
We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a love for coffee and a flair for service to join our team.
Key skills required:
• Barista trained with proven experience
• Skilled at espresso extraction and latte art
• Waiting / bar experience definitely a plus
• Being a natural communicator / people’s person essential
• Having a keen eye for detail
• Great organisational skills
The role will include:
• Setting up and dialling in the coffee machine
• Making coffees and hot drinks to order
• Greeting / Serving customers
• Waiting on / clearing tables / working the floor
• Taking payment
• Keeping the café clean and tidy
• Being fabulous
