Drive the success of software engineering projects for a leading fiber-optic internet provider by planning requirements, managing schedules, and guiding teams through the full project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead scrum activities, and help deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
• Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program
• Create and maintain documentation relevant to program and project management
• Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products and features
• Lead scrum activities, manage project schedules, and communicate issues to stakeholders
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a dynamic environment
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of business analysis experience in emerging technologies or related technical fields
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and as a scrum master
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Netcracker, OSS, BSS, or telecom projects
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Location: On-site requirements as per project needs; flexible arrangements may be available
