• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and related tools
• Ability to translate business needs into programme success
• Skilled at spotting problems and opportunities
• Comfortable working with business data and turning it into insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Independent and reliable, but knows when to ask for support
