Description

Task Description: Accurately process cash exchanges, chip redemptions, marker issuance, and account settlements for casino guests Provide courteous, professional service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality Verify identification and documentation for all transactions in accordance with gaming regulations and company policy Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation at all times Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor discrepancies with professionalism Adhere to all internal controls, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift Report any suspicious activity, discrepancies, or procedural violations to the Cage Supervisor Maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and responsible gaming standards Assist in preparing daily transaction summaries and balancing reports Monitor inventory levels of cash, chips, and other instruments, and notify supervisors of replenishment needs Support the drop and count procedures as required, ensuring accuracy and security Collaborate with Cage, Count, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational workflow Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with Wynn s grooming and conduct standards Foster a positive and respectful work environment, supporting teamwork and service excellence Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in finance, business, or hospitality preferred Minimum 1 2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or casino cage operations Strong understanding of financial procedures and gaming regulations High level of integrity, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential transactions Proficiency in casino systems and Microsoft Office suite Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
