Cocktail Bartender – Premium Restaurant & Nightclub, Mayfair
We are seeking an experienced cocktail bartender to join the team of this unique venue in the heart of Mayfair. This vibrant restaurant and bar features a live dinner show with a lively late night cocktail service. With an authentically flavoured, sharing menu concept this perfectly complements the innovative cocktail list and premium bottle service. This is a late-night role, ideal for a highly skilled and confident service professional who can deliver flawless Mayfair-level hospitality in a lively, performance-driven environment.
The Perks Of The Role
As Cocktail Bartender you will receive:
• Top salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
• Plus service charge.
• Independent establishment.
• Set shifts – 4pm to 1am Wednesday to Sunday.
• Staff discounts.
• First class training on wine, food and service.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a Cocktail Bartender who’s has the following skills and experience:
• A minimum of one year experience in a premium cocktail bar.
• Must have experience as a Cocktail Bartender of a late night venue.
• Confident with guests and building rapport.
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Passionate about spirits, classic cocktails and all things drinks!
• Wine knowledge.
• Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
• Detail focused & very reliable.
• Confident & outgoing.
• Can do attitude and a strong leader.
• Must be able to work evenings & weekends – 4pm to 1am Wednesday to Sunday
