Description
Resident Engagement & Support:Serve as a key contact for residents, addressing inquiries, feedback, and service requests.Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives to boost resident satisfaction.Promote community rules and support initiatives to ensure resident compliance and harmony.Operations Support:Assist in monitoring the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for scheduled works or resident needs.Track service request completion and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.Administration & Reporting:Maintain resident records, service logs, and community communication channels.Prepare basic reports on resident concerns, maintenance issues, and engagement efforts.Support documentation and compliance requirements under UAE regulations and community guidelines.Vendor & Staff Coordination:Support communication between vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.Assist in evaluating vendor performance and collecting resident feedback on services. Education:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Community Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:2–4 years of experience in community coordination, customer service, property or facility management—UAE experience is preferred.Key Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational ability with attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office and community management/CRM platforms.Multilingual is a plus (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage).
