Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts for all corporate entities and support group consolidation
Maintain general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple jurisdictions
Oversee payroll, payment runs, and intercompany accounting
Design and maintain strong financial controls
Responsible for Liquidity management and debt reporting
Manage statutory audits and liaise directly with external auditors
Support corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with UAE and international requirements
Assist with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and then ongoing owner of overall system
Work closely with the Head of FP&A to provide financial data and variance analysis
Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
Support CFO with ad hoc analysis, cash flow reports, and project-related accounting tasks
Profile & Competencies:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 4 6 years post-qualification experienceStrong technical accounting and consolidation knowledgeHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralDetail-oriented, process-driven, and reliableHigh integrity and eagerness to grow within a fast-scaling organisationStrong Excel skills and interest in finance automation.
