Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our National Service Team, who will report to our Customer Service Manager. This role will support the company's service business by logging customer and emergency call outs and dispatching to our engineers in line with customer and company SLA’s.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your day to day will include:
• Log and dispatch call outs raised by customers
• Answer customer queries over the phone and email
• Ensure the timely recording of any safety incidents and customer complaints
• Answer and dispatch emergency call outs
• Provide support to the Branches with any callout related queries
• Engage in monthly completion of Net Promoter Score Customer surveys
• Updating our systems with the relevant information provided by branches
• Answering incoming calls in professional manner, logging the callouts and allocating engineers
• Answering autodialler calls and logging the callouts in Navision and allocating engineers
• Providing support to the Customers over the phone
• General Admin and KPI reporting
