12 Month Fixed Term Contract | £24,700 | West Malling, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
• Providing high-quality helpdesk-style support via telephone and email
• Navigating internal systems and following established processes
• Managing customer enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Liaising with relevant external providers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Taking ownership of queries and ensuring timely resolutions
• Meeting agreed team KPIs and service excellence standards
• Developing a strong understanding of company products, systems and procedures
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised customer service professional who has:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Confidence working independently as well as part of a team
• Good problem-solving capabilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
