The Role

As a Customer Support Executive (Local Emirati Talent), you will be the face of Al Ain Raceway providing a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will handle customer interactions in person, over the phone, and via email, assist with bookings and inquiries, and support customer/event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the front desk or via phone/email inquiries

Provide detailed information about services, activities, and events

Handle customer bookings and manage reservations in the system

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Collect and record customer feedback to enhance service quality

Support customer related tasks as required

Requirements: UAE National (with family book).Minimum Qualifications: · High school education/diploma · Freshers/University Students are welcome to apply (extensive training will be provided).
