Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Register and maintain incoming and outgoing documents such as shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and other project-related correspondences.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required by the client or authorities.
- Monitor and follow up on document responses and site-related communications.
- Draft and format letters, minutes of meetings, internal memos, proposals, LOAs, and quotations.
- Maintain a structured and accessible filing system (both electronic and hard copy).
- Compose and route official correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the office with various administrative and secretarial tasks as required.
• *Requirements**:
- **4-5 years of experience** in a similar role within the UAE, preferably in an engineering consultant office.
- Strong knowledge of document handling procedures in the construction/consultancy sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Must be available for **immediate joining**.
