Description
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Ecommerce Performance Marketer & Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in e-commerce. This dual-role professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance (ROAS, CAC, LTV), as well as overseeing e-commerce platforms and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Marketing & Paid Media Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Continuously monitor campaign performance and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages. Collaborate with design/content team for high-performing ad creatives and sales funnels.2. E-commerce Strategy & Management Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.) to drive online sales. Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, improve UX, reduce cart abandonment, and increase conversion rates. Oversee product listings, SEO optimization, promotions, and pricing strategies.3. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GA4, Hotjar, and dashboards to track and analyze user behavior and campaign performance. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports, identify trends, and recommend optimizations. Define and track KPIs such as CLTV, CAC, churn rate, bounce rate, etc.4. Email & CRM Marketing Plan and execute email campaigns, flows, and automation using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot. Segment audiences to maximize engagement and retention.5. SEO, Content & Influencer Collaboration Supervise or collaborate on SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and visibility. Partner with influencers or affiliate marketers to expand reach and improve brand authority.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. 4–7 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with at least 2 years in an e-commerce domain. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Analytical and highly skilled in using data to drive decisions. Strong communication and project management skills.Preferred Skills: Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar. Experience with AI marketing tools, automation, or personalization platforms. Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon) and regional campaign adaptation (MENA, SEA, etc.)
