Position Summary

Repair & Maintenance Electrical work focuses on repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
•Installing, calibrating, and testing electrical building infrastructure, control systems, and equipment
•Cutting, threading, bending, coupling, and strapping electrical conduit wiring
•Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and inspecting circuits/wiring for shielding and grounding
•Testing electrical equipment for safety and efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Certain roles at Firestone Polymers are required to be on Emergency Response Teams (ERT) to respond to any emergencies that could come up at the site. Being on the ERT team requires passing a physical and additional trainings, including exterior firefighting, high-angle rescue, HazMat response, etc. The role you’re applying for could require ERT training. It’s also possible that ERT training will be required when moving into new roles or transferring departments.
Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
