Location: Eaton Bray
Salary: £21,000 – £25,400 (age dependent) + OTE up to £32,000

Coppersmith Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property business for a Sales Associate. This is a client-facing sales role that will suit someone with a background in property management and sales — confident promoting products and services and spotting cross-sell opportunities.

Job Profile

Build and maintain strong client relationships with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Drive new business and identify cross-sell opportunities (financial services, solicitor referrals, valuations) while delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
• Proactively generate new business via outreach, referrals and local networking.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active buyers and prospective sellers.
• Find opportunities to cross-sell ancillary services such as mortgage advice, solicitor referrals and valuation services.
• Support property listings, viewings and negotiations to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Keep up to date with local market trends, pricing and relevant legislation.

Customer Service
• Deliver a consistently excellent client experience and act as a professional point of contact for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

Operational & Administrative Support
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met and documentation is accurate.
• Maintain and update the client/property database.
• Flag operational issues and support the branch in day-to-day activities.

Marketing & Promotion
• Work with the marketing function to promote properties and services through digital channels, social media and local campaigns.
• Assist with property launches, events and community engagement activities to boost visibility.

Person Profile

Experience (preferred)
• Ideally someone with experience in property management and a sales/customer service role — confident promoting products and services and working to targets.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

• Proactive, enthusiastic and target-driven with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Well organised with the ability to manage time and priorities.
• Professional presentation and a team-player mindset.
• Basic numeracy and good English language skills.

Qualifications
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
• GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C) desirable.
