Role Description
We have a variety of rolls across the South Hams due to continued expansion. The Estate Agent will manage property sales and provide excellent customer service to clients. Responsibilities include liaising with buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Estate Agent will provide guidance to clients throughout the entire process with professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
• Trainee & Experienced Estate Agents.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the property market in South Hams, Devon is an advantage
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
