SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. It requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with research, and presentations as requested by the CEO.
• Participate in innovative projects and take initiatives in suggesting new ideas based on need.
• Help manage the CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and handling requests or inquiries.
• Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents on behalf of the CEO when needed.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on behalf of the CEO, keeping them informed of relevant information or updates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
