Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and digitally savvy Executive Assistant based in Dubai to support the Founder in coordinating key initiatives across multiple brands—primarily in marketing, brand operations, and cross-border communication.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, managing workflows, and acting as a key link between leadership and execution teams, especially in a D2C/e-commerce setup.Executive Support & CoordinationAct as the central point of communication for all tasks assigned by the Founder.Track progress of initiatives across brands and ensure timely execution through reminders, follow-ups, and task dashboards (e.g. in Notion, Trello, or Google Sheets).Prepare weekly updates, summaries, and action trackers for key meetings. Marketing & Brand OperationsCoordinate with the India-based team of:Graphic Designers (for creatives, reels, packaging, etc.)Performance Marketers (for ad planning, reports, execution)Help draft or review social media calendars, email campaigns, basic brand decks.Support in content generation (copywriting, proofreading, brand messaging).EcomBridge Brand TasksJoin and help document internal brand onboarding calls.Follow up on task lists related to brand listings, packaging coordination, onboarding checklists, etc.Collaborate with team members across UAE & India as needed.HR Support (if applicable)Help source CVs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.Maintain an applicant tracking sheet and onboarding checklist. Experience: 2–4 years in executive support / marketing coordination / project admin roles.Preferred Domains: D2C, e-commerce, or digital-first brands.Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written). Task tracking and structured follow-ups. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn). Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones. Basic design tools (Canva) and Google Workspace fluency.
