What you will do:
• Manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar, complex international travel, and overall time optimisation in line with company policies.
• Provide meeting support by tracking key actions and decisions to ensure effective business follow-up.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Oversee administrative tasks including document preparation, presentations, expenses, and diary management for the CEO and direct reports.
• Support executive initiatives, projects, events, and ad hoc activities to ensure smooth office operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and partners to maintain alignment, timely delivery, and clear communication.
• Handle all sensitive information discreetly and represent the CEO’s office with integrity.
• Coordinate high-profile events and special projects, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Prepare accurate, polished presentations and reports for board and strategic meetings.
• Drive administrative excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.

What you will bring:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring adaptability and efficiency.
• Fully fluent in English and Japanese, enabling effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across all levels.
• Highly organised with exceptional multitasking abilities and a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in digital collaboration tools.
