Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Executive Secretary & Administrative Coordinator responsible for supporting the daily administrative duties and maintain effective workflow in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage and prioritize the executive's schedule and appointments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and other staff or external contacts.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Ensure all necessary materials and logistics are arranged.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Implement and manage office policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize technology and software tools to streamline tasks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Pursue relevant training and development opportunities.
• *Requirements**:
- Associate’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Professional computer skills (MS Office).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Social media familiarity.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
