Description

We are looking for Arabic Female Secretary to manage our front desk on a daily basis and must have Experience in Registering contracts and real estate transactions for the company with the municipality and relevant authorities.
• *Tasks**:

- **Responsibilities**:

- Have Experience in Registering contracts and real estate transactions for the company with the municipality and relevant authorities.
- Managing and organizing legal files and documents for the company.
- Communicating with clients and governmental entities to efficiently complete legal procedures.
- Assisting in preparing reports and documents required for real estate operations.
- Performing other administrative tasks related to secretarial work
• *Requirements and skills**
- **Required Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in contract registration with municipalities or in real estate companies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
