Duties
• Assist clients with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support the processing of payments, transfers, and other financial operations using specialized financial software.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare reports on daily financial activities and assist in audits or compliance checks as needed
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and updating client information within financial management systems
• Stay informed about updates to financial software platforms and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical proficiency
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards to protect sensitive client data at all times

Qualifications
• Proven experience working with financial software or banking systems is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar productivity tools
• Demonstrated reliability and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
