Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented General Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities. This role plays a key part in facilitating communication across departments, managing essential administrative functions, and delivering a high standard of service to both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices; maintain up-to-date billing records
• Manage document handling tasks including printing, scanning, and filing
• Collaborate with production & Accountsstaff to coordinate schedules and support operational needs
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and office coordination
• Organize freight bookings and ensure all logistics documentation is complete and accurate
• Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation for staff as required
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with invoicing and logistics coordination is advantageous
