ingAs a Graduate Account Manager / Customer Success Manager, you wi
• ll:Build and nurture customer relationships – Be the first point of contact for clients and help them get the most from their ArcGIS softwa
• re.Support customer success – Guide customers through onboarding, help them solve challenges, and ensure they get real value from our produc
• ts.Identify opportunities – Spot where customers could expand their use of ArcGIS and collaborate with colleagues to support their goa
• ls.Learn our technology – Develop a strong understanding of GIS and ArcGIS through structured training, mentoring and on-the-job learni
• ng.Work with cross-functional teams – Partner with marketing, technical teams and senior account managers to deliver a great customer experien
ce.
