About the Role
Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading exhibition design and build company for a Graphic Designer (Entry Level) to join their growing creative team in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated designer with some prior commercial experience to further develop their skills within a fast-paced, creative environment. The role focuses on graphic design support, working closely with the wider 2D and 3D design teams to produce and prepare high-quality visuals for exhibition and event spaces.
You’ll collaborate with CAD, Project Management, and Workshop teams to ensure all artwork is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the 2D design team in creating and preparing visual assets for exhibitions and events.
• Produce and adapt artwork, layouts, and print-ready files for both physical and digital environments.
• Ensure all design output meets brand guidelines and production specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams including 3D, CAD, Project Management, and Workshop.
• Maintain visual consistency across all creative materials.
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas to design discussions and team projects.
Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of commercial design experience, ideally within exhibitions, events, or large-format print environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced designers.
