Location: South Yorkshire Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + bonus and benefitsElevation Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in South Yorkshire, in their search for a Head of Customer Support to take ownership of their customer support operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, process-driven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer support operations and shift coverage
• Manage SLAs, incident response, and escalations
• Maintain separate support flows for two brands
• Plan and resource staffing models and schedules
• Implement automation and AI to drive ticket deflection
• Own the knowledge base and self-service strategy
• Run quality assurance, coaching, and performance reviews
• Deliver data-driven insights and operational reporting
About You:
• Proven experience leading multi-region support operations
• Strong understanding of SLA management, customer metrics, and service automation tools
• Confident in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement
• Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling business
