HR Advisor (Part-time)

Are you ready to support a diverse workforce across our site?Here at GXO, we’re looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team in Maidstone, supporting our NHS contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Employee Relations (ER), helping managers navigate complex cases and drive positive outcomes.This role is being offered on a part-time, permanent basis. You will be working 20 hours per week, across 5 days, with flexibility around hours that suit you. However, flexibility will be required, this is logistics after all Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £17,066.66 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pro rata based on hours.
