Position: HR & Recruitment Executive Experience: 2 5 years in UAE HR or recruitment Qualification: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or a related fieldLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Company: Velare Description:Velare is seeking a motivated HR & Recruitment Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, managing HR documentation, and supporting a seamless recruitment process for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates to match client job requirements. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and manage HR documentation. Support onboarding processes, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate employee records. Liaise with clients to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment within the UAE. Familiarity with UAE labor law, WPS, and visa procedures. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
