Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through research, calls, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales pitches and presentations.

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and potential customers.
• Manage and maintain a detailed customer and lead database within CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and conduct ongoing relationship management with current customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
• Provide support and information to clients on product features and benefits.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and customer feedback regularly.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
• Regularly update knowledge of industry best practices and competitive analysis.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and customer relationship management skills needed.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools is essential.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and customer service practices.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.
