Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory movementsPrepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperworkLiaise with vendors, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveryMonitor transportation schedules and resolve any logistics-related issuesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customs regulationsMaintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and deliveriesCommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding shipment statusHandle urgent logistics issues and troubleshoot problems proactively Qualification:Minimum: Diploma / Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fieldRelevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus Experience:Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operationsExperience with freight forwarding, import/export procedures, or warehouse operations is preferred
