Description
Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials between suppliers, production, and retail locations.Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries. Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track shipments and resolve any logistical issues. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation. Work closely with the production and sales teams to align delivery schedules with business requirements. Ensure all logistics activities comply with company standards and procedures. Oversee quality checks before dispatch and ensure packaging meets brand standards. Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and logistics reports. Arabic speaker preferredImmediate joiner Preferably based in Ajman 2–3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator (fashion industry experience is an advantage) Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Well-groomed and professional appearance, with an eye for style Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic logistics software Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
