Logistics/dispatch Coordinator(with Own Visa)

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jabel Ali in the Steel Fabrication/Manufacturing sector. This full-time, on-site role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily dispatches according to project timelines
- Safely pack, inspect, and load materials
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation (Delivery Notes, Packing Lists, Invoices)
- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Clients for approvals and release notes (FIRN, IRN, SRN)
- Track dispatched trucks and shipments until delivery
- Update ERP systems and maintain shipment records with photographic logs
- Address dispatch delays, material shortages, or issues promptly
• *Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 3 years of logistics/dispatch experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Proficient in coordination, communication, and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel
