Management Secretary / Sales Support Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Management Secretary / Sales Support Executive to support our Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, CRM handling, and fast-paced administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the Directors.
• Manage CRM updates, new leads, follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Follow up with clients for updates, feedback, and payments when needed.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and assist with performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Support Directors with presentations, lead evaluations, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in Administration, Executive Assistance, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce or similar).
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Professional attitude, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
