About Supportal Health

Supportal provides the technology and services to enable healthcare organisations to deliver a safe, controlled environment for patient-to-patient peer support from someone who’s truly “been there”. With multi-market implementations across the UK, Europe and Asia, we’re scaling our impact globally and we’re looking for a strategic, adaptable Marketing Manager/Executive to help us get there.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a mid-level Marketing Manager/Executive to take responsibility for Supportal’s marketing strategy and execution. This role will lead all marketing deliverables across the business, working closely with third-party marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout across three international markets.

You will manage campaign planning, content development, agency deliverables, reporting, and ongoing optimisation. This is a hands-on role in a growing startup, ideal for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact. You will also lead marketing content and strategy efforts for the broader Supportal Health brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile marketer who can think strategically, execute operationally, and communicate effectively across geographies and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Management
• Lead and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for Supportal Health across the UK, Europe, and Asia.
• Manage relationships with multiple external marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
• Coordinate creative partners and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee delivery of marketing assets for client rollouts, ensuring consistency with Supportal Health branding and client requirements.

Campaign Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, paid, events, and other patient-facing channels).
• Support client-specific launches with tailored messaging and activation plans.
• Create or coordinate content including landing pages, blog posts, ads, videos and patient communications.
• Collaborate with the product and commercial teams on growth initiatives and new feature promotion.

Research & Reporting
• Track performance metrics, analyse results, and share insights with leadership and client stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitor, and patient-audience research to inform strategy.

Collaboration
• Partner with client marketing teams to align on launch plans and joint campaigns.
• Work closely with the commercial and operations teams to support client onboarding, adoption and retention.
• Contribute to internal strategy discussions as we scale globally.

About You
• 2–5 years of marketing experience in SaaS, or B2B/B2B2C digital products (bonus if in healthcare)
• Required: Previous experience working directly with marketing agencies — managing their outputs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with internal goals.
• Strong campaign management, content creation, and copywriting abilities.
• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple international stakeholders and deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics dashboards or marketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for improving patient wellbeing and making an impact in healthcare.

Nice-To-Have
• Experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries.
• Experience managing multi-country marketing projects.
• Basic design capability (e.g., Canva, Figma).

Benefits
• Competitive salary
• Pension
• Opportunity to lead marketing for a fast-growing digital health platform.
• Meaningful, mission-driven work supporting patient communities internationally.
• Hybrid working culture with a supportive team.

Additional Requirements
• Preferably based in London, UK and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
• Travel may be required for client meetings or international launches.
