Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively position Edwards Surgical Business Unit products. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, and customer-centric initiatives to drive product adoption, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
Strategic Marketing & Planning
Develop annual marketing plans including strategies and tactics.
Integrate digital marketing strategies, marketing automation tools, and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to inform product launch plans and understand market dynamics.
Customer Journey & Engagement
Design and implement initiatives that enhance the customer journey, ensuring a strong customer focus across all touchpoints.
Develop targeted campaigns leveraging segmentation, personalization, and analytics to improve engagement and conversion.
Content Development & Compliance
Adapt to global marketing messages and collateral based on regional strategies, competitive environment, and regulatory requirements.
Drive marketing materials through legal and regulatory approval processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Data Management & Analytics
Analyze clinical, market, and campaign data to assess impact and inform decision-making.
Utilize data management systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, clinical specialists, governmental affairs, and training teams to ensure optimal integration of marketing efforts.
Lead major projects for congress management and product launches, including Salesforce readiness and training.
Budget & Performance Management
Manage budgets related to product lines, campaigns, and projects.
Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs through surveys, field feedback, and KOL reviews; develop and implement improvement plans.
Bachelor s Degree with 7+ years of experience in Marketing in the healthcare industry.
Experience in digital marketing, marketing automations, and data-driven campaign management
Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
