Night Receptionist - 4 Star Hotel - Wokingham
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Night Receiptionist. As Night Receptionist, you will support the Night Manager, and extend the hotel's customer services to guests during the night, safeguarding the hotel's property for the welfare of guests and employees.

The Person
The Night Receptionist will have:
• Previous experience in this kind of role and comfortable doing night audits - or a passion and excellent willing to learn - and has also got the desire to utilise their outstanding customer service skills, working proactively and using their own initiative.
• A strong operational record in hospitality, with a sound knowledge of night reception duties
• Opera experience
• Confidence to take payments
• Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.
• Good IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office.
• A high standard of personal presentation.
• Previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.
• A calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
• Your own reliable transport to the Wokingham area is essential
