Food Service Management Specialist

This role oversees daily food service operations in a hotel setting.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage event planning and inventory control processes to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in hospitality management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with colleagues across various departments to drive operational efficiency and excellence. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute successful events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets, ensuring attention to detail and high standards of quality. Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and maintain cost controls.

Requirements:
